The Dumont Lab is an inter-disciplinary lab and positions are available for researchers from a wide variety of backgrounds. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and talented people.
We welcome people of any race, religion, national origin, gender, political affiliation, sexual orientation, and eligible age or disability. We value diversity, equity, inclusion, mentorship, outreach, and lab members commit to keeping the lab a space where we work to reduce bias.
Graduate Students:
Current UCSF graduate students interested in doing a rotation in the lab should email Sophie Dumont. We are part of five graduate programs (Biophysics, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, DSCB and Tetrad) and can accept rotation students from these programs and others. Prospective UCSF graduate students should contact the above graduate programs, and are welcome to email Sophie Dumont. Information for rotation students to think about can be found here.
Postdocs:
We are looking for a postdoc to start in 2024. Interested candidates should email Sophie Dumont to discuss possibilities, and will be asked to provide a CV and letters of reference.
RESEARCH SPECIALIST:
We are not currently looking for a technician as new one started in July 2022.
